Q: Can I return an item?

 Yes. If your product is damaged or simply doesn't fit, just reach out to us within 14 days of receiving the product. You then have 14 days to return the product back to us in order to receive a full refund. 

Q: How do I check the status of my order? 

You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you have placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your DPD tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located.

Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold? 

 Yes. All of our products are brand new and genuine. If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, please contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure you receive the best shopping experience.
